Yin Yang Yoga
The Yin part of the class is the balancing practice for your yang style of yoga; it is yoga for the joints not the muscles. Yin postures are seated postures which are held for up to 5 minutes. The Yang part of the class explores the more active style of practice as we know it.
This yoga practice is suitable for beginners or more experienced yogis regardless of their shape, size, age or ability. Please notify our qualified teachers if you have any injuries or medical conditions so that they can provide modifications of postures.
