Stay at home if you are unwell

Wipe down all equipment after use with antibacterial spray and paper towels provided

Return all weights and equipment to the designated place after use

Do not drop weights on the floor as this can cause injury and damage surfaces

Arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of your booking and leave promptly after you finish

Wear suitable training kit for your activity

Non-marking footwear must be worn at all times

Bring your own water bottle or purchase one at reception

Show respect for other users by keeping noise levels to a minimum

Keep your personal belongings in the lockers provided and do not leave items in them overnight

Do not bring food into any areas

No bikes or large items of luggage can be brought into the facility

You must follow these rules and any instruction provided by CitySport staff at all times, otherwise you may be asked to leave the facility.
