Inductions
To help you start your gym journey, we offer a free gym induction available for anyone who wants to get familiar with the gym space. Our Fitness Instructors can introduce you to each exercise machine in the gym, teaching you how to it safely and maximise your workout on it. All information will be tailored to what you are trying to achieve and would like to know.
Book a “Gym 1:1” session via the CitySport app or online portal, for either a Gym Induction or Gym Guide. Just tell the Fitness Instructor leading your session what you’ve booked for!
Gym Guides
If you are new to the gym or need some extra assistance, our Fitness Instructors are well trained in providing structured gym guides. Based on your goals, our team can create and guide you through a customised training plan, advising combinations of strength and cardiovascular training in accordance with your weekly schedule, exercise experience, and long-term goals.
With your gym membership, this guide is free of charge, you will just need to book in advance.

Intensity Series
Our toughest group of classes, designed to push your limits and deliver maximum results, all taking place in the gym. Run by our qualified fitness instructors, our intense classes range from strength training to conditioning.
Be Active, Feel Well Programme
This is our programme for those that might be new to exercising, want additional support, or have been referred to. This 12-week coached programme provides sport and fitness sessions and an informational booklet providing additional tips on exercise, nutrition, and wellbeing. Personal Training
We work with our Fitness Instructors and a number of independent personal trainers to give you the widest possible range of options.
