Our Be Active, Feel Well programme for those that might be new to exercising, want additional support, or have been referred onto by other university Services.

Running continuously throughout the year, Be Active, Feel Well is a 12-week programme that includes 12 classes, 4 one-to-one sessions, and social sport sessions. You also get full access to CitySport’s gym and group exercise classes for the 12 weeks.

The wellbeing drop-in session provides additional support and the informational booklet providing additional tips on exercise, nutrition, and wellbeing.
