Calendar of Activities

For every Wednesday during term time, the Sport and Leisure team at CitySport have organised an initiative to help students and staff focus on their wellbeing. These roadshow events are organised with other Services and Schools, and will be hosted across all the campuses. All activities are free to attend.

Wellness Wednesdays also gives students and staff FREE access to the CitySport gym on Wednesdays.

  • Staff Wellness Wednesday Gym access is between 7am and 12pm
  • Student Wellness Wednesday Gym access is between 12 and 5pm

Some sessions require booking due to limited capacities, so ensure you download the CitySport app and have at least the Pay As You Go membership. See the timetables below for each week’s event!
