Sport and Leisure have joined up with  the School of Communication and Creativity's Performing Arts team to deliver a range of movement, artistic, and wellness sessions across the university campuses.

Whether you're a seasoned artist or just wanting to start out, sing, act, and dance to enhance your wellbeing.

All sessions are FREE to attend, however, to prevent overcrowding and provide the best possible experience a booking system is in place. Download the CitySport app from the Apple or Play store and add the free CSG Staff PAYG (pay as you go) membership to your account. Then simply select the sessions you want to attend via the "Performing Arts" button on "Make a Booking" page.

Voices in Motion

Our Voices in Motion programme is our newly created staff choir.  Sessions run weekly in College Building (Room: ALG16B) from 1205-1250 every Tuesday between 19th May and 30th June.

We do ask that you register your attendance via the CitySport app. The Performing Arts Coordinators at the sessions will be able to assist you with this.

Eat, Move, Breathe

These hour-long workshops are to help staff rest, relax, and recover. For half the session, you'll enjoy a yoga-style, dance movement class followed by a 30-minute nutrition chat with our qualified nutritionist.

Remember to bring your own food!
