Wing Chun

Embrace the practical martial art that blends self-defence and close range combat. Wing Chun is a system that was invented in the late 17th century in South China by the Shaolin nun Ng Mui. She realised that the majority of Shaolin Kung Fu techniques were ineffective for a small woman against a larger, stronger man.

Wing Chun training system has been carefully modified to create a practical and efficient martial art. Its efficiency is based on the concept that the shortest distance between two objects is a straight line.

Each class follows the style called Practical Wing Chun and is designed according to individual body condition. It is suitable for both men and women of all ages.
