CitySport is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for three ukactive Awards: National Independent Club/Centre of the Year, Outstanding Leadership Team of the Year, and Workplace Culture and Initiative.
These nomination recognises the work of the Sport and Wellness team in delivering a high-quality fitness, sport, and wellbeing experience for our members, students, staff, and wider community. Being named a finalist places CitySport and our Service among organisations recognised by ukactive for their contribution to the UK’s fitness and physical activity sector.
The winner will be announced at the UKActive Awards Ceremony on Thursday 8 October 2026 in Birmingham, where the sector will come together to celebrate achievements across the industry.

The Sport and Wellness team will now look forward to the final stage of judging and celebrating alongside fellow finalists at the awards ceremony in October.
