What is Freestyle Pump?

Freestyle body pump is a weight-based group fitness programme. This 40 minute workout consists of high-intensity resistance training, performed to music, using free weights plates, barbells and an aerobic step and aims to increase your blood circulation. Each music track focuses on strengthening a main muscle group and burning fat, with pauses between tracks to adjust weights.

Is it for me?

This rigorous exercise aims to develop your muscles by performing a series of exercises including squats, chest presses, dead rows, lunges and reverse curls. Light weights are used to tire out your muscles and ultimately achieve muscle growth, defining the natural curves of your body.

This cardio strength class is taught by a professional instructor who will guide you through the exercises to maintain your peak performance, make sure movements are performed with control and help you to push your boundaries at every class.

Freestyle classes provide the instructor with the freedom to create a unique experience built around the needs of its members. Despite the fact it is challenging, this workout is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups.
